The issue has been resolved by correcting the application's client IP configuration behind the reverse proxy. Login services have been restored and all systems are operating normally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing users from logging into the POS system. The problem was caused by an application configuration related to client IP detection (RATELIMIT_IP_META_KEY) after a server configuration change. The application remains online, but authentication is currently unavailable. We are working on a fix and will provide updates as progress is made.
